Not sure if they’re going to be able to shed much more light than:
it's been sat being 'processsed' in their hub since 3am Tues 8th and there is absolutely no way to be able to contact them.
at which point eBay will just consider it still in transit until Hermes decide it’s lost, or manage to deliver it.
Obviously cunt seller for using Hermes regardless, but that aside.

Won a frame, and it was dispatched fairly promptly, unfortunately Hermes are involved so it's been sat being 'processsed' in their hub since 3am Tues 8th and there is absolutely no way to be able to contact them. Was supposed to be delivered by the 9th.
I don't mind so much, except I have a bike fit booked in 23rd for it and am hoping to be racing on it at the end of the month. I'm going to have to find another frame if this doesn't work out.
Looks like eBay gives the seller 3days to respond to an 'item not received' dispute. Should I kick this off now, or stop being a cunt buyer?
