Returned the Scarpas for size 45, OutdoorGB did a a decent job on the return and replace process.
The larger size seem bang on; super comfortable so far. I'd say the sizing is no the small side as I'm typically 9.5 UK but with so many different sizing regimes, i guess it's just a lottery.
