I'm surprised. I'm 6"1, quite long in the torso and wear Rapha small. They feel tight to stand in but the fit is designed in a riding position. On the bike they're fine

It maybe is as tight as it needs to be to keep the pad in place, i'm sure I don't have an abnormally long torso so that is interesting you have 3 inches on me and find the small fine
