If you're lucky the italian supplier has their shit together and just bill you import taxes included - this would be in their T&Cs. Officine Creative dont https://www.officinecreative.store/blogs/information/174007943-delivery-services
So looks like 20% Import VAT on value plus possibly a handling charge from the shipper (usually £10-20). BUT the Italian supplier should bill you less 22% Italian VAT so may well end up cheaper than pre brexit. Make sure they deduct the Italian VAT otherwise you'll pay that plus UK VAT.

What’s the current deal with Brexit and imports from EU? Want to order a pair of Officine Creative in from Italy, but don’t want to be caught by import/courier charges etc adding unknown cost?
No UK supplier for a lot of their range, worst luck
