I can't see the info on the F******* link, but they've only been going since 2017 and are looking to sell? I hope that doesn't spell doom.

Unfortunately, with a young family and a more than full time job, I just don’t have the time which Zad’s needs to flourish.
Not sure why they can't hire a business manager, but that's all the info they've given [and was the same reason when they first announce their intent to sell it on instagram a few months back].
I'll be very sad to see it go; we get it whenever we visit friends in Manc and it is absolutely top drawer.
