A friend of mine is a member of all sorts of various dog training / behaviour groups & posted something recently on fb about some mystery illness that's been doing the rounds across several areas in England, might be worth a call to the v e t to see if they've noticed anything in the area.

A few dogs in Crystal Palace Park have had similar issues! Seems to be doing the rounds. I'm not sure what you can do to avoid it.

I’m sure it’s just because I’m half looking out for it, but there appears to be A LOT of evidence of dogs with similar issues on the streets of Hackney at the moment. Vet was also saying Mars was the 6th Gastro case he’d seen that day last week which was pretty out of the ordinary. Not really sure what you can do to avoid it as an owner but does appear to be rife
Its a thing. As in there's a national surge in gastro in dogs and it has been reported on in the press for a few weeks now.

Poor Mars has had gastro issues for just shy of a week now. Following medication I thought he was picking up but he went back to getting me up a couple of times last night.
