Yeah when enquiring about zinc cladding on dormer, got told it would have to go through planning.

Strange that, looks so much better than shit black tiles.

I had to go through planning cos I have a maisonette (PD rules don't apply) so went for zinc* cladding

*Not actual zinc. If I could afford that, I wouldn't be in a maisonette.
