I did not notice this but ordered this from Waitrose to be delivered, instead an Ardbeg arrived. Which I returned.

They did refund me, minus delivery costs.

Still disappointed as it probably means no more lagavulin 16 for me for a long time.

I did click and collect, no substitutions (figured they wouldn't have another 16yo Islay) and the order was not fulfilled.
Didn't actually tell me, but also didn't send me a receipt.

Shame but I've never tried Lagavulin so not really missing out (other than missing out on trying it)

It's a shame you won't get a chance to try it, it's my favourite whiskey that I could afford. But it seems that it will move into the unaffordable range along with the tobermoray that I love.

I can't think of anything else that I've tried that gets the balance of peat so perfect.
