I need a white saddle for it... why do brands not make nice white ones any more?

Because everyone is in the same boring all black finishing kit. I have the same problem. Ritchey does one, I think fizik does as well, Selle Italia does a MVP flite that looks OK, but not SLR. Maybe fabric too? I'd just recover my SLR if I had the time and skills.
