In a bid to start training a bit more regularly, I thought I’d see if anyone’s keen on a restarting these once or twice a week? Maybe a Tuesday and Thursday morning, but am totally flexible.

Was looking back on a ride in the 'glory' days of LFGSS.CC where we went to the Egg and back at a good pace.
Yep, I too am at my least fit in a very long time. I just want to get some consistency back and an extra morning or two a week will help hugely.
Whenever you’ve got some time, create a meet up and I’ll be there.
