I'm fine with the kitchen size as is to be fair. Girlfriends kitchen is much smaller but works for the two of us cooking together

Yeahhhhhhhh like that, but without the weird fake surround. Also get the washing machine into the bath half of the bathroom, the British obsession of having them in the kitchen is crackers.
