If you want two monitors from an M1 Mac mini, then you can have one over hdmi and one from the thunderbolt (usb c) port.
I kind of want three displays. Two and a half? Basically two standard displays, then a third that mirrors one of those
Been looking into this for my father in law. Don’t think m1 plays nicely with usb video splitter. I could be wrong though as he hasn’t tried it yet.
