Had a fairly lightweight crash, I was basically stationary and the person hitting me wasn’t travelling too fast
Bike seems to be okay but there is some scuffing to my woundups. These have Carbon legs and alloy crowns as far as I know? (Happy for someone with more tech knowledge than me to tell me otherwise)
Taking the bike to get looked over tomorrow at my LBS. anyone had any experience with crashed carbon?
They mentioned something about a X Ray for the forks?
The experience I've had taking anything carbon in for assessment after a crash is that the shop instantly writes it off to protect themselves against any claim if you ride it and then it fails.
Looking for a little advice here
