  • In a miraculous twist I went to a local ‘dealer’ who submitted my claim yesterday morning. By lunch I had confirmation of a warranty replacement rear triangle that’ll be shipped Monday.

    Now imagine if that’d happened 4 weeks ago when I contacted Evans with all of the details…

  • Evans don’t have mechanic anymore (as far as I know), they’re completely downsized to the bare minimum.

    We have a chap who got a fork replaced under warranty from Evans, they didn’t fit the crown race on and the bike almost got damaged riding with the fork pressing against the headtube.

    Easily sorted and cost a smite over £60, but it’s such a rookie mistake, unless you’re not a mechanic.
