That's what I thought and I do have a spare, but I checked it over and it looks intact. @neu it's just a cheap Dualit espressivo, but I'd previously dialled it in to get a reasonable steady flow (20-35s). Right now it's coming through with very little delay and is flowing very fast and pale, then after a couple of seconds plain water is appearing round the side of the grouphead.

Help LFGSS coffee-geek hivemind! I've recently changed coffee supplier for my espresso and it's creating weirdness. I don't think I've changed my grind setting but it now seems to be flowing very fast, while also creating enough back-pressure to defeat the grouphead seal and force plain water round the portafilter and into my coffee. What's going on?
