Assuming the pot is aligned to the end bung.
Seems to be using half the braking surface.
Edit. Could be lens distortion.
It's clearer on the oblique view Gaston posted. I wouldn't expect that rotor to make it to the final production version anyway.
That is a production Hope RXCL rotor. I can’t see that they’d do a custom one for that bike if they’re trying to keep costs down. It is about time they started producing a 140mm version though.
The braking surface is always deeper than the pad with Hope.
