Hello, am trying to adjust one of these on a friend’s bike and the tensioning mechanism just does not seem to be working - when I loosen off the allen ends and go to tension the chain using the flats on the inside of the dropout, the whole hub just slips out of the dropout rather than rotating back/forth. Presume it might just be stiff from underuse, but don’t want to force it and risk damaging anything. Any idea what I need to do to free up that mechanism please? Thanks
