Wanted: camp cooking kit for bike touring - stove, pot, mugs, etc

Could be interested. How does jetboil compare with MSR or alc stove? Do any of these use refillable gas canisters or do people just bin them when they're empty - I'd prefer a reusable or at the very least recyclable option, otherwise carrying a couple of bottles of metho seems much simpler.
