I'm 180cm (5'10/11) I think the official guidance days this is the size for people from slightly smaller than me to a fair bit taller. There's plenty of adjustment in handlebar height (the steerer is uncut) and in seat height, obviously. Full geometry is available on the web.
I'm out of town for a few days, but am back in London next week. I've had a couple of offers, but it's still available for now.
