  • Unsure if I should bottle my beer or not yet.

    It’s been in the fermenter for 16 days now. The kit says to leave for at least 10 days then to bottle once the airlock has stopped bubbling and the O.G is stable at or below 1.009 for 48 hours.

    The airlock is still bubbling between every 15 and 30 minutes through the day, but the O.G has been stuck at 1.011 since Thursday last week and doesn’t show any signs of dropping at the moment.
