  • Pitch was supposed to be 22-25 and I did it around 29 or so. Wouldn’t have been a problem earlier in the day but it warmed up later in the day and I had direct sunlight warming things up too.

  • Sometimes it takes a while for fermentation to start. Personally I wouldn't leave it in a sunny place especially if it's a clear fermenter.

  • The fermenter (well, this one) is stainless and in a room without windows; I can’t mash and boil in there tho. It’s starting to bubble a bit so it seems it took a while to get going.
