Started my first homebrew kit on Sunday, have enjoyed listening to the fermenter bubble away over the week. I'm doing the Festival Landlord's Finest Bitter kit as I do love a bitter. Have just put the five day hop addition in the fermenter and it's looking good in there. Instructions say to leave for five more days now and then bottle up if the S.G is stable for 48 hours.
