Theres a neighbour on our street thats got a non functioning handbrake, yet they keep parking on the hill. Number of times I've seen their car stuffed into someone elses in the past few months is insane, why do they keep doing it? Must be over £6k in damage (on the low side) from just 10 of the bangs, and it'll have been more than that now. They also don't park in gear or wheels to kerb like any sane person would.
