Pinarello pay them lots. Lots and lots. Means they can buy Lightweight wheels to offset the weight of the frame and have enough cash left over to get some testogels.
I geniunely don't know how Pinarello make them so heavy. But as Andy says, doesn't seem to hold them back at cycling uphill at a constant pace.
