I tried to drain it as much as possible but probably didn't do a great job.
I put 85ml of 10wt in both legs and it feels maybe worse than before. Like I can bottom the fork out just bouncing on it.

I mean, technically, it's better now. You're just too heavy for that spring. I suppose the old oil was so full of gunk it was slowing things down. I'd hoped the heavier oil might compensate
Did you discover if one of your knobs was a preload?
Stick another 10ml in each leg and see how it feels. As I mentioned, they often came overfilled slightly from the factory and nobody died*
