Just had a look at the one in my Sram force caliper - the threads are 9mm long x 4mm, bevelled at the end to make it fit a little receiver cup on the other caliper arm but a generic grub screw or bolt from Clerkenwell screws with those dimensions should do it (the 'cap' of the bolt should be around 5.5mmwide or less to fit the hole it sits in. Or LBS might have spares lying around
