My Cinelli knowledge is whack beyond the bits I have owned myself so not sure what Cinelli's were made out of SLX that were not Supercorsa's.
By the 80s all Cinelli frames were stamped with a serial number on the BB with the first 2 digits being the year of manufacture. I'm pretty sure this applied to every frame.

Could still bea genuine Cinelli, they did more steel frames than the supercorsa of course.
It's a tidy build, not really high end but 105 works fine (just replace the brake pads!)
