  • I am thinking about how to do the seat tube replacement on my cargo bike.
My current idea is to make a hole saw Arbor with a solid steel 27mm guide. This should allow me to drill out the seat tube free handed leaving the toptube and seat stay nicely mitered. Current seat tube is OD29mm but I am planning to replace with a 32mm tube that internally is 29.8mm allowing me to use this Zoom seatpost I've been saving.

  • Nice 👌

I know you want to keep hold of your 26.8 but if you ever fancy swapping it for a 31.6 lemme know!
