Friday's ribs turned out great, did 2 and had the 2nd for lunch the next day, I'd never reheated ribs before and was happily surprised how good they were.
I'd also been putting a colander wrapped in tin foil over the top vent when it is rained but I finally got round to sorting a proper solution.
