The drivetrain is a huge aspect. Didnt really consider before.
The boat running on 3S and watercooled gets v hot within minutes as water is like treacle at 50K rpm.
The C9 running 3S direct drive off the spur and topping 50mph does not even get warm.
The Firedragon running 2S 4wd offroad again gets v hot within minutes. The friction transfer on grass especially must be similar to the boat in water.
I guess if I got less grippy tyres it could spin up more, which would allow for cooler running / faster speeds. Will experiment.
