I recently bought a set of forks with the specs you mentioned off a chap on ebay. I remember him saying that he had 8 sets all NOS he was selling, so I imagine he'd still have more sets available to buy. Not sure about the offset, but if its pretty standard then the forks should measure up. The forks were well priced. He's based in Enfield but if that's too far for you to trek to then I'm sure he'd post them to you. I'm sure he'll still be selling them on the bay but if not I might still have contact details you can have.
