It’s a Campag Omega V, which I think may well be the same rim (different label).

Indeed, I have a mismatched pair (moskva/omega v) and can't really see any difference other than the stickers

They’re a very stiff shape.

I have a spare 32h silver rim (that’s seen a brake) that’s entirely surplus to my requirements. Let me know if it’s ever useful to you.
