Guards are off, new wheels on as the dynamo didn’t play nicely with this carbon fork and few more tweaks to resolve the di2 routing planned...
I’m going to ditch the saddle bag battery and attach it to the seatpost on its own, and get the junction boxes both internal as well, then heat shrink the cables to the brake outer to clean it up a bit
Bits still to get and switch in:
Another ti king cage
Fizik microtex tape
Recover the saddle/try something different like a regal evo
MASH spitfire top cap
-10 ti stem
Extralite chainrings when these wear out
New brakes - 6800 or 8000 or the EE off the other bike
