@NorthLondonLight and myself dropped in at Artefood in Windsor yesterday.
Standing ouside with fine coffee and a shared slice of a hazelnut butter pastry,
we were ignored by @seager and @cagimaha as they set off Datchetwards.
We had a chat with Alex the owner.
Prices of his raw materials are escalating. I mentioned to him the Pistachio Cream upthread.
Just that morning he had been asked by a customer for a half kilo.
He had checked, and through his wholesaler, best quality pistachio nuts are currenty £68/kilo.
