Thanks Both- I'll take a look.
@%~} - Yes, fitter is lined up, it part of a bigger project. We booked them in last Sept/Oct and they start in April. So quite a wait for people who seem decent.
@konastab01 - and don't I know nothing is cheap any more ;(. Stuff like insulation is up 30% from my original quote last year.
