Not 100% I think that will come through stage 4 - which is post plan submission. We've got a pretty detailed outline of how each stage works. Yeah we decided to lose the existing downstairs wc to make way for a buggy store/boot room and not mean having to enter at the side and come round the back through utility room. @chrisbmx116 knows more about the exact way the project would run...

Looks good - boot room, coat cupboard and utility rm is the dream ! Out of interest - what kind of contract will you have for the build ? Will EC have a dedicated architect (person) to run the job and administer a contract even tho it’s all under one umbrella corp ?
