There's a couple of things I want on there that are 2.4GHz and I've already got 3 different SSIDs. Changing the AP settings to force capable devices onto 5G worked.
@stonehedge I think that's blocked if you're not an administrator, have a vague feeling of looking at it before.

Disable 2.4GHz or give them different SSIDs and remove the 2.4GHz one from 5GHz clients
