This turn of phrase reminds me of the time I traced a wifi dropout problem to a particularly RFI noisy dildo.
Was a long time ago, in in the early days of consumer wifi. Person had the habit of watching BBC news mobile update on their Playstation Portable console while sitting on the bog. Wifi used to drop out moments after he sat on the throne. Turned out that his girlfriend kept herself busy most mornings when he left the bedroom.

Anecdotally, I should be hitting 350+ on the Ubiquiti APs.
Certainly not the <50 I have now.
Even 2.4GHz on 20MHz width should get better than that.
Signal strength / noise doesn't appear bad - -20Db and -95Db
