The power is coming from the H3 but I think I can control resistance from my power meter. Maybe I’ll give that a go.
It’s incredibly stable after that (now that it’s been calibrated) but if I wanted to do 30sec microbursts for example, it seems like it would fall down there compared with a fluid turbo.

I’m surprised to see the H3 take this long to hit target power, as all reviews mark this machine as being one of the best in ERG.
What gear are you running for these efforts? My Neo reacts very differently when in the small ring vs big ring. The extra inertia of the (virtual) fly wheel when in the big means the Neo takes longer to settle at target watts. In the small ring it reacts much more quickly.

Not seeing any delays like this with my H3 (but no idea what settings I have configured). Are you using the H3 power or a secondary device?
