I’ve changed mine to three seconds for HKT next workout. I find this lag really annoying.
Funnily enough - I’m doing VO2 stuff at the moment too and my mates who have coaches all day I’m mental at this time of year.
The fact is, I like to feel like I’ve had a hard workout/been on the brink on spewing my guts up at least a couple of times a week.

I think it's dumb. But I'm doing it because it's different and I want to see the results. Currently the results are me setting a bunch of easy power PBs in sprint/v02 power ranges and hating cycling and getting heavier.
