• 20+ minutes above threshold in position indoors is pretty good. If you continue to strengthen and stretch you should be able to finish that 3rd interval in position in a couple more attempts then onwards and upwards from there. Is your HR higher in tt position or is it just discomfort making you sit up?

  • I feel like I'm a way off that, even at just 105%. But will keep on plugging away until decent weather and I can do outdoor training as @skinny suggests. Same PM in and outside this year which is an important improvement.

    Answering your question, definitely that my breathing gets so quick and HR elevates that I have to sit up, my legs and posture all feel ok.
