Also to add, a lot of people haven't needed to their bike since lockdown began. I have a shopping/lock anywhere bike in the basement of my flats, my nice bikes are inside. It doesn't get used that often anyway but it never sees any maintenance, the chain squeaks and the break pads are nearly gone but it's probably worse now. I haven't even looked at it since about April. So there's every chance it's a similar thing with whoever owns this Charge
