Could I use Schwalbe G-one tubeless 30mm tyres on these wheels or would they be too narrow for the rims?

They'd be lovely. I've run 28mm tyres on 25mm internal rims and they come up in a great profile. I'd imagine your Schwalbe tyres would come up around 32-33 on these rims.

My main road wheels are also 25mm internal, I'm a firm convert to the wider is better trend.
