Cheers @rj for generously giving over your space to @fox The forum at it's best :) According to my sheet, just @mucker left to confirm - apologies if you did, and it's somehow been leap-frogged, please let me know ...total quantity is now 115, which I'm pleased to confirm I do have enough fabric to provide.

The additional insulation I need, although ordered from UK (on Monday) is being shipped from overseas. I've asked for an eta - even rough - so I can give a better indication of timings. I don't expect it to be long, but I haven't received a tracking number yet, so presume it's going to be next week. I thought this was coming from the UK, so apologies if this knocks onto the estimated timing.

I have used the available insulation to make up as many as I could, which is around 20. I'm really pleased with these, better than the sample set, and looking really neat and toasty warm. Payment details coming in DM, and I'll dispatch by working down the list, possibly batch out this Friday.

I estimate with a full, clear day, I'll be able to sew 20 per day, but will have to juggle this with work and other lifey-stuff getting in the way. Really enjoy doing this, so thank you all for the opportunity, it's really cool to be able to do it.

DM's coming, but in the meantime photos below showing;
1) the three feet I use. 2mm edge stitch (neat finish of labels and elastic), nylon foot (easier to work/less damaging with light fabric) and regular foot (insert pocket)
2) stitching the insulation in. Doing this with 5mm to roll over, gives a nice loft to the edges
3) turning half-finished ones through
4) tool I use to poke the the corners through nice and neat
5) finished items :)
