  • ...and for noodles - nongshim shin ramyun are my go-to (quite spicy), though it seems to depend where they’re imported from as to whether they’re vegan or not, so double-check for beef stock and/or anchovies just in case.

    Those, or the Koka chicken flavour ones that you often find at off-licences - despite having a little symbol on the back that says ‘non-veg’, both the ingredients (by omission) and company website (explicitly) say they’re vegan.
