Or rather Redbacks, Rossi (some models), RM Williams, and maybe some others which are still made in Australia.

Have already got some brogues of theirs and have a many-years-old trashed pair of dress shoes somewhere. Didn’t consider them as an everyday option (brogue boots and chelseas are a bit showy/dressy for me). Will have a look + check the last details also, as the ones I have fit nicely.
I am pretty hard on shoes. I guess I just harked back to the DMs I basically lived in for a few years. They were pretty tough and comfy. If the modern ones are comparative trash, I’ll try elsewhere (I am drawn to Solovair, as suggested).

Yup DM’s are fashion shoes these days... (by that I mean trash) @c00ps have you looked at Loake? I rate mine for a similar price... bench made and they can be rebuilt 👍🏻 Them or sale Blundstone, bit fashion but I’ve not killed mine yet and I’ve given them a hard time...
