Is there a recommend 27.5 mixed terrain tyre? Ideally bigger than 2". Schwalbe Hurricane?

Prob 70% road 30% UK mud, which rules out a Big Ben type tyre.

I say it everywhere but I've loved my conti race kings. Worth looking for other fast xc-ish mtb tyres - vittoria mezcal is well regarded.
