You need a bearing puller to remove the existing bearings and suitable press to put the new ones in. Luckily, someone sells such a thing for cyclists that refuse to simply bin and replace the entire external BB and would rather instead gamble on being able to mimic factory level tolerances in the comfort of their own home:

Thank you. As are my tolerances with FSA bbs (wearing thin), however the FSA light cranks are so nice.

While the axle has some slight marks now it seems unlikely that the bbs last long enough to wreck the cranks by grinding material off the axle to start vertical play like the Hollowtechs did.

That’s interesting, I hadn’t heard of that mode of failure before with hollowtechs.
