I mentioned in the Brexit thread of similar experiences. I have to send something back to Germany and once I was allowed to do so by Parcelforce they charged me the sum of £35 for a small parcel and I had to complete SEVEN documents attached to the parcel in a clear envelope.
I noticed today that one german bike parts seller is now shipping to the UK. BUT; the flat shipping rate of £6.95 is now £14.95 and there's a minimum order charge of £160.
Also, buying from Taiwan on ebay; used to be a pretty cheap option if you could tolerate the wait. Was watching something which two days ago was £58, now it's £70. Everything from the same seller has gone up by 20%.
Used to be able to snag the odd bargain from Amazon (europe) too; absolutely fuck all in stock now....
