Every bottom bracket has two interfaces - one that fits your frame and the other that fits your cranks. You can think of it as an adapter between the two if you like. There's much more variety on the frame side than on the crank side.
In particular both the RS510 and any vaguely modern Ultegra cranks (2005 onwards) both use the Shimano Hollowtech II road standard to interface with the BB, so it's a straight swap.
